I offer a person-centered, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to counselling, supporting people as they navigate difficult experiences, relationships, and periods of change.
Together, we can make space for curiosity, understanding, and finding what feels meaningful to you.
You might be navigating anxiety, grief, difficult relationships, or experiences that have left you feeling disconnected from yourself or others. Perhaps you're questioning familiar patterns, struggling with boundaries, or finding it difficult to trust yourself.
Whatever brings you here, counselling can offer space to slow down, explore what you're experiencing, and begin making sense of things with curiosity and compassion.
I believe therapy is a relationship we build together. Our experiences shape us in ways we don't always understand, influencing how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us.
My approach considers the connections between our minds, bodies, emotions, and relationships. I draw from mindfulness, somatic, attachment-informed, and acceptance-based approaches, while recognizing that no single method is right for everyone.
You bring your own history, strengths, and ways of making sense of the world. My role isn't to tell you who you are or what you need, but to offer a thoughtful, compassionate space where we can explore those questions together.
Individual counselling sessions are available at my office in the Highlands neighbourhood of Edmonton, Alberta.
Secure online counselling sessions are available across Alberta, offering flexibility to connect from a private, comfortable space.
You don't need to know exactly what you need before reaching out. We can begin with a conversation about what's bringing you here and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
